Great location and secure. Good modern apartment and facilities. Roof top pool was lovely. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The balcony gets no sun at all. You can also hear your neighbours.

Location very central to old town and also marina area. Good supermarket directly across road from apartment. Roof top leisure area and pool a bonus. Good restaurants near by. Beautiful Old town.

Key pickup and return could have been easier. That said, Angela from Roomservices in Estepona was very helpful.

Great location. Modern apartment with everything we needed for a short holiday. Lovely outdoor setting for relaxing and the rooftop pool was an added bonus for catching the late afternoon sun after a busy day.

Great location in a secure complex. Really nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Gym available for guest use on the ground floor. Also a convenient carrefour store over the road.

Apartment in a great location. Close to the sea and the old town of Estepona. Bars, restaurants walking distance. Supermarket opposite the building. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Underground parking space. Pool with several sun beds on the roof. Good place to explore the area and the Costa del Sol. Keys must be collected from the service office approximately 1.5 (2) km from the apartment. The office is open during limited hours. We arrived on a day off (May 1) so we had to change our plans to get to Estepona before the office closed early. I paid the deposit at the office, but after renting I found out that it was possible to pay by bank transfer (you need to ask for the link). Maybe then there would be more flexibility in collecting the keys - I don't know. Nice view from the balcony of the mountains and the city, but unfortunately also of the school field and the school. In the morning it was noisy from the school playground, so we couldn't have breakfast on the terrace. Minor deficiencies in the kitchen (only 2 wine glasses, no coffee cups, no coffee at the beginning of the stay). The apartment is managed by a service office, not a private owner - responses to questions are delayed. The apartment already shows signs of use, so it's probably a bit too expensive before the start of the holiday season (we were there at the beginning of May). The deposit was refunded 9 days after the stay, after being supported by Booking. Apart from minor remarks OK.

The property itself is really lovely. Close to the old center and beach, roomy and nice balcony to sit on (sun until 10.30), there is a school in front but there is a nice wide view over town and mountains. Everything you need is in the apartment, modern.

It’s actually the property manager letting down this apartment which is super unfortunate. There was one broken bed as per one of the other reviews. This is not something you can reasonably have a good night sleep on, and does not do the overall quality of the apartment justice. Should have already been replaced. When we called to report no one answered all weekend, check in is cumbersome, pick up keys in a different location (not too far), not clear how to return keys, again when calling no one answers so very disappointing which reflects bad on an otherwise lovely apartment. Shame for the owners.

The apartment is brand new and the view from the balcony is really nice. It was very specious and travelling with a stroller was extra comfortable due to elevator and wheel-friendliness. There is everything you need. Including free parking in the garage beneath you. However…

Both single beds were broken, the wall in one of the bathrooms had red stains on the wall. One of the chairs at the dining table hat a bad leg and couldn’t be used. The registration process was RIDICULOUS! We had to re-register so many times, I lost count. Passports and Deposit of 500,00€ was to be provided via external platform. The agent in charge was very friendly but due to the unreasonable registration madness made a lot of mistakes and couldn’t adjust information that easily. There was a LOT of back and forth communication until we were provided with all the codes to enter the place. Which was really tough with a baby on my lap.
