"A lovely villa that will continue to improve as the area develops."

We were met by our villa Manager Vic who gave us the keys and showed us around. There are keys to all the rooms as well as a key to the front door to the entire villa. Staff were helpful and responsive to requests for a few more amenities for the villa. Daily cleaning and staff available if you need them. The villa is a cool design, great sized rooms all surrounding the garden and pool, well laid out, planting is gorgeous and the pool is a good size. Top level views to the garden and over to a rice paddy. Location is OK, it is 'off the beaten track' but currently (July 24) still a very 'beaten track' in that it is still an area being developed, I'm sure this will improve quickly with the rate of development. Construction noise is limited however, we heard a bit in the mornings but the way the villa is designed, most of the noise is blocked off due to the location of the villa and the villa design. It only takes 5-8 mins to walk to the main road to get a Grab/Gojek. GoJek also did house deliveries fine when you put in the address of River Paradise by MAR. We enjoyed having a night in with food delivery and hanging out in the lounge areas outside and inside.

Location off the main road was a concern at first but didn't mind after we found our bearings. Current (July 24) surrounding construction however noise is actually not very disrupting.

"Not the most accessible villa."

Comfortable stay - pool and bedrooms are clean, well-fitted with TVs and fast wifi. Well equipped kitchen for cooking too.

There isn't a proper road to get to the villa - it is down a narrow one-car, off-road lane, and pitch dark by night. It was impossible to get our group to head out for meals and activities at night / sunrise tour in the early morn as drivers would miss the turning or cancel on us. The lane was inaccessible on occasion due to a vehicle breakdown and rain/muddy path. Scooter is the only feasible form of transport (but the villa does not offer this complimentary). So it seems a stay here seems feasible more for groups with adults only/no young kids.
