A cosy cottage in the heart of Stratford upon Avon

Great location, really friendly communication from the owner who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, well furnished and appointed property and it feels like these people genuinely care about the property and their guests.

Virtually nothing. It was absolutely fine for us, but if you were older/less mobile getting out of bed on one side is a little bit awkward.

A 'Cosy Cottage' that definitely lives up to it's name. A hostless stay, but the host was in touch with great information before we arrived. She treats her guests to a gift of a bottle of wine and some gorgeous homemade (had to be) lemon cake. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean with really nice furniture, plates, cutlery etc. Great WiFi, standard freeview tv, and all the necessities covered. There is a small courtyard to the rear, ideal for sitting out. The location is really good, just a short walk from Holy Trinity Church and 15 minutes or so from the main central area. There is street parking if required.

This cottage lives up to the name of 'cosy cottage in the heart of Stratford upon Avon'. It's the perfect venue for a couple and is only minutes from everything. The host keeps the property to a high standard and it is spotless and you couldn't ask for better customer service from the checking you have arrived and accessed the property ok to the extra touches like cake and wine.

One tiny problem was that there was no space to get out of the bed on one side

What a beautiful place, very well renovated and appointed. Absolutely made our trip. So close to walk to everything we parked our car right outside & didn't move it at all for our whole stay. Rihannon is an absolutely perfect host; very detail oriented, thoughtful, generous. She even left homemade cake, bread and wine for us. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Highly recommend!

It's a wonderful place to which I would definitely like to return with a kind and thoughtful host. I visited with my daughter who is 13 and we found everything we needed in order to relax for 5 days. Our host had even thought of giving us information on the local walks and was always answering our questions immediately.

Bedroom a bit small.Sleeper on inside of bed needs to be a good climber. Having said that the bed was very comfortable. All scores would have been 10 if not for this comment

Everything. The house was a nice size for 1-2 people and very comfortable. I didn't meet the host but she was good to deal with in messages and she left some gifts for the stay, including a lemon cake, which was tasty. The property is within a few minutes' walk of the theatres and town and I would absolutely stay there again.
