Close to IST Airport, Sea view& peaceful apartment

Clean two bedroom apartments located on the top floor of the three story house just 5 min walk from the beach. Beach side has a zone with parasols and looks a bit cleaner that other side of the greater beach. In One bedroom has a double bed with the window overlooking the sea and other bedroom has one double and one single bed, so enough to sleep 5 people. Bathroom is spacious but there is an open shower and it can get quite messy and overall wet. Kitchen is simple with small fridge with freezer, one cooking electric plate that we didn’t use, so no idea if it works. There were some condiments and kitchenware. As the flat is under the roof it can get quite hot during the day and we’ve struggled to sleep at night (we are used to the aircon, and there is none in the flat). Big terrace outside with a beautiful views over the sea and sunflower fields. Good place to stay for a long layover as it’s just 20 min drive from the airport. We ordered uber back to the terminal and driver had no difficulty to find the property. There is not much around as it’s a small local village but we found restaurant at the beach quite ok. Had dinner there. Not cheap but food was good.

Communication with the host could be improved. We got no instructions how to get in and where exactly flat is. We had travel sim cards and had no issue with internet and messaged and even called the host but no response. Sure we figured out it ourselves, the key was in the lock of the entrance door. It’s located at the top floor and the stairs are on the right side of the house. So keep that in mind.

Great place to stay before taking a flight. Will come again next time in Turkey.

Light blocking curtains would be great

Breakfast not included.Location excellent for airport access and nice to have a beach to look out to and walk to.This would be a great location especially in the summmer months when you can swim at the beach.

Some signs to indicate the name of the accommodation would be more helpful.

Great place close to IST, comfortable and clean. Ahmed is always ready to help, even with a midnight check-in. The property has a beautiful view.

The bathroom could be improved to prevent splashing.
