Факта, че има парко място и е топъл апартамента.

За четири човека, но има три стола и един стар на балкона. Още на първия ден с влизането се наложи да изметем, че имаше боклук. Мастната под масата стърчи и няколко пъти се срязахме на нея. Душа се клати иначе като цяло не беше толкова зле. Района за близо до центъра си е доста забутан
