Our stay in this apartment in Palermo was a real challenge. The only positive aspect was the spaciousness of the apartment, which provided enough room for everyone. Unfortunately, everything else was deeply disappointing. During the rain, water leaked so badly from the ceiling that we had to place a bucket and empty it every day because it would fill up completely. One of the rooms had a horrible smell of cat urine, while another had a strong gas odor, which made us constantly worry about safety. The electricity went out several times, and one night we were left without power and heating for hours. There were no instructions on how to restore it, and figuring it out on our own was very difficult. The host only sent the instructions on the day of our arrival, but they were incomplete and unhelpful for solving the issues we faced. The apartment was poorly cleaned, the service was slow, and the host responded to messages very late. Additionally, there was no clear information on where to dispose of trash. This experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing. We strongly do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
