River View 2-Bedroom Apartment with Free Garage Parking

I don´t often give a 10 overall, but this place deserves it. It made our Nashville trip so much better! Easy parking. Walking distance from Downtown. Big two bedrooms, you can easily stay here with 6 persons, if you don´t mind the bunk bed (we were only two persons though). Fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast. Laundry machine including detergent pods to wash up was great to have. And when sharing the costs, it´s even cheaper per person than a hotel near downtown.

The instructions to open the doors with the app was something we were not used to, but once we figured it out it was all very easy.

Fabulous location, within easy walking distance to Broadway St.

The apartment provided plastic crockery including mugs and drinking glasses. This seemed below standard and was disappointing, especially when you would like to enjoy a good meal.

We liked almost everything.

Having enough hot water was an issue but it may have been because it was abnormally cold outside. I also would have liked to see a picture of the second bedroom stated as having 3 queen beds but 2 of those were bunk beds. People should know that.

Close to mostly everything.

The train passing by thoightout the night and morning. Not a complete deal breaker. Unless you have early morning meetings.

The property was great! Amazing location, so convenient …easy to get to all sides of town. Getting in & out of the building and parking garage was so convenient with the app (better than having to remember another passcode)! We rented a car so it was nice to have a safe & covered parking space. The condo had everything we needed, it was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the river view.

There was an alarm in the exterior of the building, but once in side it couldn’t be heard. The shower liners could be updated.
