Purtroppo esperienza negativa per due gravi inconvenienti. Appartamento da sistemare dal punto di vista della manutenzione.

Alojamiento súper sucio, toallas y sabanas sucias sin cambiar (nos dejaron las de los antiguos huéspedes), baño sucio y atascado.

Good location

The photos on this listing are hugely misleading. The apartment looks clean, spacious, bright and well looked after, but in reality it is dark, dingy, unkept, uncomfortable, poorly equipped and smells bad. There is junk stockpiled around the apartment and everywhere you look it’s poorly finished; wires sticking out all over the place and it generally feels run down and neglected. We found a bug in the bed, and one of the duvets also had black marks all over, like it hadn’t even been washed. The crescendo was that the door to the main bedroom wouldn’t stay closed and when I pulled it to latch, it got stuck and we nearly had to spend the night locked in the bedroom. We eventually managed to get the door open (after which the door handle fell off the door entirely), but it was wildly unsafe had there been an emergency or a fire. Overall the apartment is fine if you’re after something super basic and close to the beach, but it definitely isn’t worth the price that it’s listed for (maybe not even half the price) – you can stay somewhere much nicer for the same cost
