Espectacular terraza y vistas en 1a línea de playa

Spacious property with comfortable bed and great terrace which has superb views

As many have said previously, the terrace is spectacular plus extremely well equipped with Rattan furniture, table and chairs & lounger. It even had a BBQ, not that I was interested in cooking on holiday! Location also top drawer. Adjacent to the promenade near a few restaurants and not too far to walk to the edge of Cullera town itself where there are a number of restaurants and bars. Three bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, two bathrooms and very comfy beds. Plus it is also very quiet, albeit quite easy to sleep in as there is very little to wake you up. The apartment is accessed from the basement by lifts and it is effetively the "penthouse" on 12th floor. Functional, if not a little lacking in some minor areas (see below) it is an ideal place to chill and relax for the week. Thoroughly recommended. Oh, and the owner is a nice guy and very helpful.

The best way to describe it, is to say it is looking a little tired, and although the kitchen was functional (please note we didn't use any of the cooking equipment) the fridge/freezer was missing some door shelves (presumably broken) and we had to remove another shelf in order to even stand up bottles of water etc. My son's bathroom shower was fine but I had a few problems trying to balance the water temperature out of the combi boiler. Being pickie we could have done with another couple of towels plus we could only find a single wine glass and a couple of coffee cups. A quick trip to IKEA (or whatever the Spanish equivalent is) would easily solve this of course. Lastly, when working, the lifts were great. However the day we left, they both failed twice. Not the apartments fault of course, and thankfully there was an engineer on hand who powered up one of the lifts so we could take our heavy bags downstairs. Other than that, no issues. Great place.

Beautiful and big terrace with ocean and beach views in all directions. Spacious living room and three bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Truly wonderful terrace with a great view, the weather meant that we really only enjoy it a couple of times. We were met outside the property and given the keys and a run through of the facilities. All good but not exceptional. The bed was comfortable. Very handy to the beachfront. Being February the pool on site wasn't open and we didn't use any leisure facilities. Not many restaurants were open but we found nice meals in the supermarket and ate in.

The bedroom curtain didn't block out the light from outside The hot water took a long time to come through and wasn't that hot by the end of our stay.
