Bedroom was big. Location is close to lakeside so very close to a good shopping area and eating place. London is just 30 minutes away. Digital locking mechanism which was very handy. Lift available

The property has a good location and warm heating, which made it convenient and comfortable in that regard.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a very unpleasant experience in terms of bedding and towel hygiene. I was bitten by dust mites from the bedding, which caused severe skin irritation, and I had to see a GP after my holiday, the rash is not cured yet. Not only the bedding, the towels smelled bad, and the kettle was super dirty and unusable, carpet is also dusty. The owner dismissed my concerns, saying no other guest had the same issue, but I later found a similar review earlier on bookings.

Everything, host were so welcoming and accommodating. Amazing service, booked this apartment due to being disappointed by another apartment and honestly this apartment made up for it and made us so happy

The property was very modern and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed (fridge, hoover, microwave, toaster etc). The process of getting into the apartment was very simple and we felt very comfortable. The area was very quiet.

The bedsheets and pillows had a really weird smell to it and there was hair, dust, and brown stains all over it. It seemed like they weren't clean. My partner and I had to go back to our house and bring our own blanket and pillow as we didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the ones in the apartment. It was maybe a one off thing.

The location and how quiet the area was even though it was next to a shopping centre, everything in the property was easily accessible aswell.
