Couldn't even stay because nobody was at the property so we couldn't even check in almost ruined the whole weekend very very poor would not recommend at all.

I didn’t see the property because they didn’t answer I waited 2 hours in front of the property and after that we stayed on the beach with 2 children because after 6 clock I couldn’t find any available rooms

Nothing, it was a SCAM! Nobody was at the property. We couldn't get in, and had to spend several hours of our holiday time sorting out a new place to stay with Booking.com. A week later, and I still havent got a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I am disgusted. I arrived at the location but could not enter because they did not give us the room number. I called but they kept lying to us that they would solve it and they did not solve anything. We went and looked for hotels for accommodation. I mention that I paid in full a week in advance. I hope to get my money back otherwise I will file a complaint with the competent authorities. Shame that you take money from people and they cannot benefit from what they pay.
