Modern 1 Bed flat near LGI Hospital and University

Spacious, comfortable.

Bedroom window opened a couple of feet off the ground. Felt like anything could easily hop in! Had to move car to park (free), only a couple of streets, but it would have been nicer to have a residents permit to park outside.

host sent a message with clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and useful details/ instructions for the property, and was very helpful regarding our queries re:parking etc. The ground floor apartment was lovely! Spotlessly clean throughout, furnished really comfortably with a lovely clean, fresh look to the apartment. Quiet, family-friendly area that overlooks one of the lovely small park areas that Leeds has in abundance - we enjoyed picnics on the grass every evening! Plenty of space in each of the rooms for a couple and the windows all had privacy screening which meant that you could see directly out but without being worried about being looked in at by anybody passing. About a 15-20 minute stroll into Leeds centre with a little co-op about 2-3 minutes away. We were surprised how quiet an area it was considering how close in reality you were to a busy road and Leeds centre itself!. Will definitely be staying here again! Parking in front of the property while you drop everything off was fine, however it is permit only parking on that road but you can park for free within a 2-3 minute walk along another side street.

There is nothing that needs changing!

Good location and a very cosy flat

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was excellent! Highly recommend.

The location was good for my purposes and the apartment was a good size. Communication with the host was very good and replies were prompt. All of the appliances were in excellent condition.

It was cold and I could not change the temperature on the heater. The kitchen items - cups, plates, cutlery and saucepan - all needed cleaning before use, the refrigerator and garbage bin needed cleaning, and everything needed to be wiped down.

Ground floor flat overlooking the park had everything you could need, decent WiFi, smart TV, store cupboard basics, soft towels. Excellent value for money and will be my first choice of accommodation on future visits to Leeds.

Kitchen knives could be sharper, but I have the same issue with anywhere I rent. It's not at all a criticism, it's the ONLY very slight negative I could think of.
