The views from this apartment are extraordinary. Overlooking the central piazza of Assisi, the balcony runs the width of the building from the 1st floor, giving a bird’s eye view of the entire piazza. The bedrooms are spacious as are the main reception and dining areas. The kitchen is small but fully functional and also features a window with an extraordinary view. Nicely furnished and appointed. WIFI was excellent in signal strength and speed. The central location provides an abundance of shops and bars right at the doorstep as well as easy walking distance to all that Assisi has to offer. The host was nice and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. Photos of the balcony and its view of the piazza.

The electricity went off several times during bad weather but the entire piazza was affected. The outages were a minor inconvenience.

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location, big bedrooms, good size bathroom, well equipped kitchen and dining room, well furnished living room, huge balcony overlooking Piazza del Comune which was great for watching people in the Piazza. The apartment also had lots of old world character. Perfect place for two couples to stay in beautiful Assisi.

Everything was great. The owners might want to compile an information handout to explain garbage, recycling, wifi passcode, best restaurants etc. as some of this was written out on small pieces of paper found in a basket. Also would have liked the option of a double bed in the second bedroom rather than just twin beds.

This is an amazingly beautiful, rustic, well decorated apartment full of antique furniture overlooking the main Piazza, bell tower and fountain. Morning coffee from the deck every morning was a wonderful experience.

The host tries really hard to remain unseen and make as little contact as possible (does everything through email, message instructions). It took us a few tries to upload / send our passport pictures. Aside from that, this was one of the most memorable and amazing places that we have stayed in.

Best ever location overlooking Piazza Commune - main Piazza in Assisi. We loved moving chairs to sit on the balcony and having our afternoon aperitivo. It was like staying at nonna’s place - decorated that way. Homely!

The bathroom looks good but the shower was abysmal. Needs calcium clean out or something. The bed was very firm though some people may like that. The man who opened up for us delayed the getting in time till 3.45 which was disappointing. He gave us no information or map of Assisi.

We have been coming to Europe for the last nine years, except during Covid in 2020. This is the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in in Europe. The apt was big, with a huge deck, and overlooked the town square. We well-appointed and well decorated.
