USThis place is great location in a gated complex. It's tastefully decorated and spacious. The owner was available for messaging.
The apartment was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty, the used towels still hanging in the bathrooms, lived in condition. The owner said his cleaner was unavailable but I think it was unacceptable to let us arrive to such conditions. If I pay this much for an apartment, I expect more. So ask ahead if it has been cleaned.
