New 4 BR Villa surrounded by Jungle and Ricefields

We want to visit around Ubud. Then i booked that villa and it was in the middle of the this area. It was very good location.

Outside light was little bit low. It should increase lights.

Кухонная открытая зона у бассейна оборудована всей необходимой техникой (холодильник, газовая плита, чайник, тостер, небольшой шкаф электрический для выпечки), вся посуда для приготовления и приема пищи в достаточном количестве. Имеется кулер с горячей и холодной водой. На территории есть небольшая, но уютная зона отдыха с телевизором и плетеной мебелью с мягкими подушками. У бассейна два шезлонга под навесом. На вилле 4 комнаты, они идентичны. Две комнаты выходят к бассейну, а две - с одним общим большим балконом на соседний дом и джунгли. Все комнаты достаточно просторные и удобные. В каждой свой санузел и кондиционер. Удобные, большие кровати; чистое, белоснежное постельное бельё. Вилла находится среди рисовых полей. Вас будут окружать яркие, зеленые краски и местный калорит!

Находится далеко от главных улиц Убуда (дрбраться можно или на такси, или на байке), но в пешей доступности есть небольшие местные торговые лавочки с ограниченным ассортиментом. По правилам проживания кондиционер должен работать в комнатах, только, когда вы там находитесь. В санузел из комнаты нет дверей, только прозрачная перегородка, которая абсолютно не функциональна и не даёт никакой приватности Это некомфортно!

The last kilometer or so of the drive isn’t paved and can be a bit bumpy, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The Wi-Fi was also at a workable speed, which was helpful since I needed to do some remote work. **A quick note for travelers with lots of electronics or camera gear:** The owner asks that the AC be turned off completely whenever you leave the property. Because the cool air stops, the humidity can build up and cause moisture condensation inside electronics, which could potentially lead to damage. Also, once you return, the AC takes a while to cool the room again, so it’s something to keep in mind. It would be more convenient if the temperature could be set higher rather than turning it fully off, but that option wasn’t available. The property didn’t have a microwave for quick reheating, though the owner mentioned that one will be added in the future. The two-burner gas stove also had a bit of trouble staying lit at times. Overall, we had a good stay, and with a few small improvements from the owner, I’d happily stay here again.

La maison est incroyable et au calme. la vue sur la jungle depuis les fenêtres permet d'admirer des lucioles la nuit. Les hotes sont adorables et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit exceptionnel. La maison est la plus confortable que nous ayons eu dans notre séjour. La piscine est parfaite, pas trop chlorée pour les enfants et tres bien entretenue. Endroit très calme et agréable.

A very good place to relax, with easy access to a taxi that will quickly take you to the center of Ubud. Very nice and helpful owners.

Ubicación excelente cerca de Ubud. Zona tranquila y casa muy acogedora.

Josep and Marheni were the loveliest hosts! From before we arrived they were very communicative with us via WhatsApp. The villa is very beautiful inside and out and is about 20 mins from Ubud city centre so it is peaceful and surrounded by nature. Excellent facilities and rooms were spacious. Josep and Marheni went above and beyond for our group from helping us with sickness and recommendations for things to do. Thank you both so so much :)
