Lovely big 3 bedroom maisonette close to the beach

The property is clean and tidy. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are a good size. It's in a great location near the sandy West shore beach, and a 10 minute walk to Llandudno pier.

Steps leading up to the property and the bedroom are difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues. The beds are a bit squeeky when turning over.

The location is fantastic! It's a very short walk to a beautiful beach and to the footpath to climb on the Great Orme. Although it is not in the town centre, there are very frequent bus services to get there.

A really charming apartment, very close to the West Beach and about a 20min walk to the East Beach. It was great being minutes away from an excellent fish & chip shop, a small supermarket, and a playground next to the West Beach. I recommend it!

Fantastic location. Felt like home from him as everything we needed was provided. Large spacious rooms. Shops nearby.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Clean and spacious with lovely decor. Kitchen very well equipped and beds really comfy. Lovely view of the sea and the Orme. Bus stops just round the corner, as is a lovely (but expensive) pub - The Lilly. The shop below is very handy.

Lots of stairs. Could definitely be a problem for some people. I know nothing can be done about it, but maybe should include this in description. Massive lovely bathroom, but no shelves - which was a problem with 5 ladies staying!

Good location. Clean accommodation

Property entirely unsuitable for elderly or people with mobility issues. This should be clearly stated in the description. Stairs up to first level, although a lot - ok, stairs leading up to next level to the bedrooms - very awkward to navigate, especially if bad with mobility, where they bend round, little tread room. My father could not use them safely, therefore had nowhere to sleep. The toilet in the bathroom very low, with no grab rail. Very poor communication with the owners. We emailed when we saw the issues, we received what I perceived as a sarcastic response and that was basically it. We had to leave as nowhere for my dad to sleep. Paid a lot of money for four nights and had to leave in less than 24hrs. I expect you may respond to this review with another sarcastic response, but i believe the description of the property should be transparent. Photos from outside and behind the property included. The location was good, and the accommodation was clean. If there was a clearer description of inside, we would never have booked as we would have known it would be unsuitable, it will be fine for some guests, but we would have known it wouldn't be for us. I tried to reach out amicably but unfortunately we feel we were met with little response or caring. We paid a lot of money for a ruined (non holiday) bitterly disappointed.

Everything was like a home from home stay, even had Netflix account accessible, great location for base to move around

Been really picky! Allowed to park behind maisonette. Tight to turn around if in a larger vehicle, that’s been really picky

Perfect location, ideal for walks along the beach with the dog. Very spacious.

Took my 80 year old parents which highlighted a couple of issues: Outside light wasn't working, the ground to access the flat was uneven and poorly lit causing a potential trip hazard. Only toilet was downstairs from the bedrooms, I didn't realise this when booking, this was fine for us but a bit of an issue for my parents.
