Spacious accommodations. Great central location, close to everything that you will want to experience in Reykjavik, but also faces a quieter courtyard. Would rebook this place again.

Shower drain is very slow to drain. Consider cleaning the drain pipe. Instructions for use of apartments (e.g. Garbage/recycling instructions in particular) should be plainly posted in the apartment at beginning of stay. Never got TV to work. TV Remote may be defective (we replaced the batteries). Minor detail: Quality of toilet paper was ridiculous. Purchased much better stuff at local grocery.

Owner did not fix problem with the TV despite being informed the first day of seven. Also told we'd have a key so we could dispose of rubbish/ kitchen waste but were not provided with the key despite informing them on the first day. We had to leave it in the apartment

The apartment was in a good location with easy access to main tourist attractions. Beds were comfortable, and living space was spacious. Basic utilities provided, which came in handy We didn't know how to use the stove. Staff were helpful and sent us a video on how to turn it on. Turns out we just had to unlock it 😅

The bathroom could be a little cleaner, I found a couple insects. So make sure to bring some slipper. The TV was not working, when I alerted the staff, they said they would come fix it, but they never came, which was quite disappointing. No microwave

Very big apartment just next to rainbow street. Location couldn't have been any better. Very warm so you don't need many layers in the apartment. We didn't even spend much time in it as we had tours planned daily

Slight smell from bathroom with we found out was because of the volcanic sulphur water, not much to be done. We closed the door and it was fine..

Good location and that's about it

There is a horrible stench in the apartment..smell like blocked sewer. It was so bad that one of us could not sleep. There was a can of air freshener in the toilet which shows that owners aware of smell and should solve the problem before mkting the apartment.

Incredible location! Everything we wanted to see was a short walk away
