Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Edinburgh

Edinburgh is beautiful!

I am sad to write a negative review, however I need to help my fellow travellers that are considering visiting Edinburgh. As the old saying goes….. Every day is a school day. The negative reviews about this property and completely justified. I wish I had read the reviews before booking it. It needs to be completely renovated as the pictures will show you it’s not good at all. I can’t believe that the company that manage it have it on their books! READ THE REVIEWS LOOK AT THE PICTURES…… Enough said!

The bedding was clean and towels were clean

A terrible smell of dampness in the property The kitchen was not in good condition.(unbelievable) . The beds are in bad condition. Bed(1) a metal frame which could cause injury Bed(2) the mattress was as hard as a stone floor. We couldn’t get the TV working Behind bed (1) was dirty and dusty . The front door is not in good condition, we had problems with the mortice lock The toilet is a disgrace there was mirror nor a plug in the WHB

Location

There were no proper carpets in the bathroom and the curtains were not washed and smelly. One of the bed was very hard to sleep on.

Poor customer service and apartment was not clean or equipped and ready upon arrival

The apartment is really close to the historical city center, really comfortable beds, and actually quite spacious

The isolation is not really working, you have to turn on the heating really high in order to be comfortable. The bathroom is a bit messy and small.
