The location is convenient, with a short walk or tram ride to the city center. We also appreciated the kind elderly neighbor who helped us with the parking situation upon arrival, even though she didn’t speak English, she was helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was clean and reasonably spacious for 4 people (though not suitable for 6 as advertised).

The “free parking” advertised was not actually available-all spots were occupied, and without the neighbor’s help, we would not have found a place to park. We ended up arranging to park on the dance studio parking for one night. More concerning was the complete (!) lack of communication from the host. We tried reaching out multiple times via Booking, WhatsApp, phone calls, and Viber, but received no response at all. Inside the apartment, several issues were noticeable: some blinds were broken (in the kitchen and one bedroom), and despite booking for 6 people, only 2 beds were prepared. There were no extra linens available, and since we couldn’t reach the host, we had to improvise. Unfortunately, this meant that two of us had no proper covers during the night, which was especially uncomfortable given the colder temperature. What was most disappointing was that, despite ignoring all our attempts to communicate, the host reached out the night before checkout asking us to leave a 5-star review. This felt extremely inappropriate and misleading, given our experience - it felt like the host was mocking us!

El apartamento era precioso! Nos ha encantado, todo estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio. Si volvemos a Cluj repetiremos! La ubicación muy buena y zona tranquila.
