location and comfortable beds and lounge and nice towels, good kitchen utensils

No room thermostate hard to control the temperature in the night Couldnt find a oven glove or tea towel Carpet could do with a deep clean in places

Really good location. Very comfortable flat. Close to restaurants, pubs, shops. Flat was well equipped. Good communication with the host.

Lovely apartment in a great location! just steps away from the beautiful river dart and lots of restaurants. Dartmouth is a beautiful, bustling place, so lots to do within. However the added bonus for us, always, is walking the local countryside. We found some amazing walks! We particularly enjoyed the very convenient ferry over to Kingswear and taking the trail to Coleton Fishacre. The apartment is a fantastic base for so much to do and see, we just couldnt fit it all in!

"fabulous central flat that is cosy, well equipped and stylish"

The location of RockFerry flat was spot on, right by wonderful independent shops and cafes, including the famous cafe alfresco and bayard's cove inn

we found it a hike carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs, but that is reflective of our fitness levels more than anything!
