"Great location. Flat has safety issues"

Some good renovations were completed. Flat was generally clean. Location is superb.

Stairs to second flood are dangerously constructed. My child fell through part of them. 220/230v wires are not properly covered. Jacuzzi style tub shot garbage out when activated.
