La ubicació és excel·lent, amb la platja de Son Saura ben a la vora. Les piscines del complex privat són genials i una d'elles, la infantil, és just davant de la porta de l'apartament. L'àrea de piscines i gespa està molt ben mantinguda.

L'estat de l'apartament és deficient. Hi ha òxid al fons de la banyera. Els coixins del llit i els matalassos estan tancats. Els estris de la cuina i la cuina en si són molt antiquats. Tot plegat requeriria d'una inversió!
