Newly renovated 3 Bed property - countryside views

Stunning clean modern new build house, en-suite for each guest. Bathrooms were gorgeous. The property is beautifully decorated and furnished. Hosts left us some bread and cookies - much appreciated. Home away from home.

Nothing really, other than I didn’t have a plug near my bedside, was in corner of room.

Amazing.. Attention to the detail is just like home from home. It's a comfy, warm relaxing home. Easy to find, great parking in the drive. TV is easy to use. Plenty of choices of what to watch.

Loved everything about this house. Good sized house, bathrooms and kitchen very modern. Water and house was really warm. Everything was spotless!

The house was stunning all rooms were lovely.

We had an issue with one of the ensuits sink breaking and when we reported it to the owner straight away the owner was not good to converse with. This was not an issue that we caused yet the owner was not very nice and was trying to get us to pay for the damage. The damage was caused by previous tenants and was hidden and then came apparent when we attended the property and because we raised the issue we was blamed and rudely spoken to. We was told before attending the property in the owners own words that the previous occupants were contractors and had caused damage to the property and was curious to who we were and what we was doing in the area. Really they should have asked this before taking our money. Please be careful when attending this property take photos on arrival if anything isn’t right and report it straight away otherwise the rude owner will try and charge you for any damages.

Three bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, really comfortable beds, modern decor, everything you could possibly need was provided along with a lovely welcome pack.

We stayed with the family in this absolutely amazing house just for one night,but would stay here forever. The house was more than perfect for us, very clean and comfy.

Wonderfully renovated property with a very well appointed kitchen, luxurious ensuite facilities, and a quiet, peaceful location with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. A perfect place for three friends to stay and chill out and chat, each with their own room and ensuite. Excellent curry house literally just over the road (Little India). We also parked 3 largish cars on the drive. We didn't venture into the village, but it looked interesting when we drove through, and we had a nice brunch in one of the eateries on the beautiful Barton Marina, just a couple of miles away.

Nothing really. I can see why some people have said the sofa isn't big enough for 5 or 6 adults, but there are other seats in the room (bar stools, dining chairs). Shame the weather wasn't better, but the owners aren't responsible for that, and nice weather would give a whole other dimension to the place.

It's a beautiful house.

The house is lovely and we used it as a base for a work visit but we would both be happy to have stayed for a holiday. The rooms are all great. The boss had the room with the big roll top bath and loved it so that's always a great start to a work trip. The equal sized rooms with similar facilities meant that we didn't have to think too hard about the room allocation so it was a great alternative to a hotel for three of us. We were all in separate cars (three) and they all fit on the driveway without any issues.

I had to work instead of play! Hahaha

The location was ideal as it was close to where we needed to be but not in Burton on Trent itself. The rooms were a good size and the facilities were lovely. The host was very friendly to correspond with and gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay.
