Very clean and well equipped. Double bed was comfortable

Single bed very lumpy. The fact we were expected to pay £80 for a guest pass just to eat in the restaurants even if we didn’t want to use the other facilities.

Beautiful location. Homely and welcoming. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Beautiful location is slightly tarnished by being on RAF Coningsby flight path and the jets were low and loud. To use any of the facilities on site they wanted £240.00 so for a two night stay wasn't affordable so we had to break it to four kids that the pool and even the playground wasn't accessible to us... The mattresses need replacing as two beds were so uncomfortable because of the springs.
