USThe location is very convenient, close to UMD, just a few minutes from the Beltway, walking distance to UMD. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood.
Nothing against the hosts, they were great and gracious. This may sound off too, but I will say the house feels a bit heavy, and slight movements from the corners of your eyes. It may just be an illusion, but I figured I should share. The house shows its age a bit. Unfortunately we had to checkout early, for an emergency, I am not sure if the heaviness and imperceptible movements would have continued, but.. anyhow, the hosts are great, location great, the screen door is still broken, and grass a bit taller for summer but it was okay.

USFor UMD families this was a perfect location. Could walk to campus in just a few minutes. This would be great for a family or even 3 couples. Only downside is the one bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great.
Was concerned initially from the outside there was a broken front window blind and the grass & yard could have been cleaned up - but this did not affect our stay at all and the inside was as advertised.
