Amazing Mountain Views, 5 min to Dollywood&parkway

Great location. Loved the whirlpool tub in master bedroom staff answered every question I had and promptly arrived when needed. The views are amazing the sunset at night is magnificent from the balcony as well as the firework shows at night between 930-945 the kids loved them

There was a constant drip in the master bedroom from the shower and there was mold at the bottom of the door which came from the leak I’m assuming and even with being on 6th floor cars were still heard down below all night long

I loved the location. At night, we could see the fireworks from Dollywood on the balcony. The room was spacious and well maintained.

My family and I liked how the property was comfortable, and relaxing. We also enjoyed the view of the mountains. Was a great experience as our first family vacation!

The location was amazing! It was clean and very comfortable and not to mention the view from the sixth floor!

Everything was fine except water pressure was not good in 1 of the bathrooms, other than that no issues.

I booked a 1 night stay for 8/25/25. Check in was 4pm. We arrived at 8pm and I had not received any instructions so I contacted the property manager. He said he would need to contact booking.com and get back with me (he could see that the property was blocked but nothing else). He called back and said the unit wasn't ready and they would need 20 minutes to clean (no idea how you could clean a 2br unit in this amount of time). I hesitated at this and he said he would call me back shortly. He called back and said they had another unit in Gatlinburg that would be ready immediately and he could send me the info, which he did by text. I responded that this would be fine, please send the directions. He then called and said that they would just get the original property ready and just needed 10-15 minutes. At this point, we saw 2 ladies arrive with trash bags and cleaning supplies as we sat in the parking lot of the establishment. I was traveling with my mom and sister and we were all getting weird vibes at this point, and decided we didn't want to stay there. The exterior also looked NOTHING like the pictures. I called booking.com to advise of the situation and they were to contact the property manager to get a refund. That did not happen but I booked another property so we could get some sleep after a long day in a theme park. I have contacted booking.com multiple times and am having no success getting a refund. They apparently leave it to the discretion of the owners, who will never refund my money. Just know that if you have a problem with a property, you are on your own and will get no help from booking.com.

I loved the views and the location of the property. The property was spacious and felt like home.
