Lakeview Apartment, central location, Sea and Lake view, free parking & WiFi

Extremely negative assessment and traumatic experience. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had in a hosting. From the beginning there were problems, but the situation became completely unacceptable at the time of check-out. The cleaning lady arrived at the apartment apparently drunk, speaking aggressively and yelling at me from the first moment. I tried to explain that I was late because I was extremely tired and ended up sleeping deeply, but at no time was I treated with respect. On the contrary: she screamed constantly, mainly because I didn't speak English, without any attempt at communication or empathy. I only asked for 5 minutes to wash my face and organize myself, but that was denied. In a totally uncontrolled way, she threw my things out of the apartment, forcing me to come out only in a towel. I went through a humiliating and embarrassing situation, having to dress outside the property, exposed to other people, something that should never happen in any accommodation. The day before, there had been other serious problems: • The safe passwords did not correspond, which caused me damage and insecurity • I didn't receive the wifi passwords, I didn't have internet access • I couldn't take a hot shower during my stay • The smoke alarm went off twice for no reason, causing scares and discomfort I recognize that there was a delay in check-out, but this does not give anyone the right to scream, humiliate, expel a guest in this way or act aggressively. Lack of professionalism, respect, communication and basic security. It was a terrible experience, stressful and totally outside the minimum standards of hospitality. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone and I hope that Booking will evaluate very carefully what happened so that other guests do not go through the same

Location was great for the kids close to everything you need

Lovely location and comfortable warm rooms with plenty of cooking facilities.

Everything but in places in the kitchen there needed to be cleaning (coffee stains, under detergent box. But generally, the flat was very clean and in good condition, with excellent facilities.
