GBThe location is excellent, just a 2min walk to local shops, and just another minute to the marina which has a lot of restaurants, bars etc. Old town isn't a far walk, even for younger children (6 and 7). Pool is great, and there's plenty of space. The host met us on arrival and was very friendly. She was very responsive before we arrived and helped arrange out transport from the airport which was greatly appreciated.
The only note I will say is that it would have been handy to have a couple of essentials like salt, pepper, oil in the cupboards so that we didn't have to buy them.
