Amazing new apartment with 4 bedroom in Las Vistas

Smell from each shower, really bad smell We had to cover it with a plastic bag - it solved the problem The bed linen was terrible. It was cheap and synthetic. Two pillows were in one long pillowcase. The blankets smelled of grease. 4 glasses for 8 beds. There were no household chemicals (shampoo and gel were in a small disposable triangle). 3rh floor with no lift

Very bad smell from the drains in all rooms. Very bad water pressure, can only use one shower at a time. On a very steep hill many steps.

A great terrace to chill out on with a beautiful view. Super helpful caretakers that were accessible on WhatsApp.

The hills and the stairs to access the apartment could be a bit much in the heat and after a few beers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with problems walking

The staff were inconsiderate and entered the property without our permission while we were out taking pictures of our private property. The drains had a horrible smell which was noticeable as soon as you arrived at the property.

Dreadful smell from drains in bathrooms - it woke us up occasionally. Kitchen utensils inadequate for a self-catering place for up to 8 people costing that much - no sharp knives, no wooden spoons yet non-stick pans, not enough pans There wasn’t a washing machine - this was clear when we booked but it would really improve the experience. It’s the first such location I’ve stayed in without one. People need to be aware that it is up a lot of stairs - this was fine for us but not for the 80 year old with us who is awaiting hip and knee replacements No AC - it wasn’t an issue for us in December but it would be a game-changer from March onwards

Great views of the beach: Playa de las Vista 7 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants

Only for the fit and well as there are 53 steps of stairs before reaching the fourth floor. Going down to the beach takes about 7 minutes but it is a steep downhill and the pavement can be slippery. So even though it doesn’t seem to be far, it is a laborious task going up and down the hill/ stairs. The first day of stay, the first room in front of the living room is flooded and giving off a drainage smell. The owner responded and fixed the drainage of the shower the next day but the smell is lingering. The fan in each room is not a proper fan. Even on full speed, you can barely feel the air. It is hot inside the apartment so the fans aren’t adequate. There is only one switch for the fan and the light. So at night, we couldn’t turn off the lights because we have to use the fan. It is uncomfortably hot inside. We requested if we could have a separate fan the next day but we were only given 1. Imagine having 1 fan for 4 rooms. We spent our days outdoors hiking or at the beach. Our sole purpose of booking this apartment is to have a comfortable stay at night and they failed at mthat.

It's terrible! I'll start with the fact that we had to register all six people, it's very long and inconvenient. And also to pay an advance payment of 300€ which was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. We received a notification a few days before we arrived at the apartment. Also, we were given only 1 pair of keys for 6 people, which is not logical because each couple wanted to go somewhere or travel, but had to take care of the keys in case they needed to give them to another couple. And now to the main thing: This is the fourth floor and there is no lift, and the climb from the sea is quite steep. There is no washing machine in the apartment and it is terrible when you offer apartments for 8 people by the sea where it is constantly hot, dust and sand!!! Also, constantly when we returned to the apartment there was a stench from the sewer pipes. Which are blocked, in the showers the water flowed very slowly. But an even bigger problem is that there are 4 bathrooms and when everyone wants to take a shower it's not real!!! Because there is simply no water pressure! Also, when you open several taps, warm water simply disappears, it goes with failures! If you want to take a shower you need to keep a queue of 1 person -1 shower. Terrible, right? Why then put 4 bathrooms? For a high price? The air conditioner that is indicated is a fan on the ceiling which is a lamp, but if you want to turn it on at night you have to turn on the light and sleep at the same time. Windows ... This is generally separate ... The windows of the rooms overlook the alleged courtyard. But in fact, this is some kind of hole for an elevator that was never installed. It is very loud there. You can hear all the neighbors, who is fighting and who is having sex or other things.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift. A narrow staircase with more than 50 steps is not suitable for luggage or elderly people.

Great location, few minutes to the beach. All what you need for bigger group vacation. Even the grill possibility on the terrace. We did not missed anything.

The only drawback is fun on the light which is not working when lights are off.
