"Great place to stay for Beamish museum"

Flat was newly refurbished, very clean and beds were very comfortable with views over the golf course. It was really nice to also be left a nice bottle of wine and some milk and sweets by the hosts. There were also things like washing up liquid etc provided which was very useful.. we have stayed in some places where there were no dishcloths etc provided and we have had to go in search of them from nearby shops. The flat is also very near Beamish museum which was the purpose of our visit with grandchildren.

The views were stunning and the flat was very comfortable. Even managed to see a couple of deer prancing around one early morning.

The toilet space was very cramped.

Everything, from the welcome phone call, to the little touches left in the kitchen. It was clean, warm, comfortable. Perfect spot for exploring the area, Beamish, Seaham and the Metrocentre. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay

"Excellent value, amazing hosts and views out of the living room."

The hosts were amazing and making sure the property was warm. Arrived late and was even offered an extra night to make up for us arriving late. Kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom, was more like a 4* hotel with the little extras

The location was great for what we needed, a short drive to Beamish museum. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The view was great onto the golf course and especially watching all the wildlife at dusk.

Kitchen bin was too small for a family stay and also no recycling facilities which created more waste. But everything else was fabulous.
