PL10 min by bus from HP studio, 40 min walk. Great option for stay, close to Watford station to get to London. Very nice owner!! Small room and bathroom, but perfectly sufficient and clean. I recommend!
GBGBThe host was brilliant, location as well was great, 10 mins with the car to town and 15 mins to Harry Potter. The only thing that was not as expected was the sofa-bed wich was terrible to sleep on. Rather that that everything was OK.
GBThe zen hideaway was the perfect stay. Made us feel so relaxed and felt like a home away from home. Anna & her family couldn’t do enough for us! Even bringing us our takeaway when they didn’t read the note and ring us like asked! We had the perfect stay and would definitely use Anna’s property again for future visits to Watford.

GBVery clean, tidy and everything you need in a compact little private space. The sofa bed is comfy, the tiny bathroom clean and lots of hot water in the shower. I stayed there for five days and felt at home. Anna is a wonderful host and will go out of her way to help. Even offering to put the underfloor heating on if the temperature drops a little. I would definitely stay there again.
The fridge/cooker stopped working on my last evening. I know Anna will have this sorted so nothing to worry about for anyone else staying there. Parking is a bit of a lottery, you may not be able to park near the house. But I always found somewhere to park. That’s Watford!
