USUSLovely little house, very clean; beautiful location. Easy access (parking right in front).
Roosters start a bit early for my taste but we also giggled over them a lot. House has pretty thin walls so you can hear everything from the ocean to the people chatting outside. A screen on the back door would have been nice to be able to create a cross-breeze without the risk of bugs getting in.
USIt must have been newly renovated - everything seemed new. Very clean. The plastic wasn't even peeled from the front of the TV! Beach front! - beautiful views from the back deck. There is a small, well-kept public park right next door, so our view was more expensive than if there was a close neighbor. We took a walk on the beach. From the main bedroom and from the kitchen bar stools, you can see the ocean through the windows.. Aircon worked very well in the bedroom. No Aircon except in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. The beach breezes were pleasant. Great owner - good instructions.
Was noisy with the wandering chickens. The only hot water is in the shower. It wasn't super hot, but warm enough. The immediate neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we had no problems. Everyone we met was very nice. One of the people we met was a relative of the owner who lives very close by. We found it much easier to drive to/from the neighborhood by using the access road from the Farmacia Caridad where there is a traffic light.
PRPRThis place is the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and nature. We really liked the view and sound of the ocean from the master bedroom. See photo! As well as the TV/Cinema setup and all the modern appliances and design. This place is by far the best spot in Arecibo and we will be going back again for sure.
NLVery friendly and accommodating host. The view from the house is priceless. The people in the area are extremely nice and friendly. Small shops in walking distance and large shops are 10 min by car
USThis was a beautiful property with an amazing view. Right in front of the water. You have everything you need, just bring your flip flops and bathing suit. You can’t swim on the beach front but are a short minutes away from the swimming beach. We walked early in the morning to the corner colmado to get coffee but it was closed. Luis the owner happened to be there and saw us. He then jumped in his car and got us fresh hot coffee on the house. Amazing hospitality!! Truly an amazing relaxing time.
The only thing I would say is that you can’t swim in that beach but it’s a gorgeous view and just minutes away from La Poza del Obizpo beach.
