Signature Residences at Maui Banyan, Walk to Beach, Limited Offer

Great setup for a working vacation. The WiFi was fast enough for video calls (rare for the islands!) and the table on the lanai made for a perfect office view. The kitchen was fully stocked for real cooking, not just basic reheating. Solid choice if you need to get things done but still want to be near the water.

Perfect spot for our family trip. The location is unbeatable—just a quick walk to the beach. We loved that the host provided beach chairs and a cooler, which saved us the hassle of renting. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and the breeze through the lanai was lovely. Would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean, modern, and very quiet. Walking distance to great food and the beach, but still felt very relaxing. The A/C worked perfectly and the WiFi was fast. We didn't want to leave!

The property was unsafe, hazardous, as there was a large leak coming from a small mobile ac. this made it impossible to use the balcony (I slipped and fell). There was NOT at any time during a constant communication between us and the owner/management any resolution made to have this repaired or fixed. In addition we found black hair in the shower. The overall appearance of the apartment is outdated, smell of mold and is visual in bathroom and balcony. A replaced mobile ac unit after it had broken that day, as we were informed was insufficient in cooling the entire apartment. Especially the bedroom area was not cooled. "Telefone support" took place from the Philippines as I was told by the management, this is a team member. No resolution or alternative by the owner/management.

This place checks every box—beautifully maintained, super clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. From the comfy beds to the fully equipped kitchen, everything felt easy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to the beach, great coffee spots, and local restaurants. We also loved the pool and hot tub after long beach days—it felt like having a resort experience with the privacy of our own space. Check-in was a breeze, parking was free and easy, and the host was responsive and professional. If you're looking for a stylish, low-stress place to stay in Kihei, this is it. We’re already recommending it to friends!

The place advertised was not what I was given. The view was of trees, no water view. Direct access to the beach means, stepping right on the beach from the place; not walking from the back of the parking lot/property, crossing the streets. I did not stay at the place, had to book a last minute stay at another hotel.

False advertising 😑.

Ottima posizione, comodo il parcheggio per l’auto, appartamento spazioso ben arredato dotato di tutto il necessario comprese le sedie e l’ombrellone per la spiaggia

Appartamento che avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione e una pulizia profonda, difficoltà ad aprire e chiudere le finestre scorrevoli, cassaforte chiusa non accessibile, tende macchiate e purtroppo al nostro arrivo i sanitari avevano della muffa ( probabilmente le pulizie erano state fatte giorni prima e l’umidità ha causato la muffa , bisognerebbe fare un check di controllo prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti). Check in un po’ difficoltoso , non riuscivamo ad accedere al codice per aprire la porta che poi ci è stato dato alla reception.
