Muy ruidoso,imposible de dormir aunque cierres las ventanas hay mucho ruido de coches y de gente pasando,e incluso los propios vecinos o huéspedes del mismo edificio hacían ruido en horas que no se deben. todo bastante sucio con acumulación de hace tiempo, sillón muy sucio y viejo, y baño extremadamente sucio.
