Cosy Apartment in Los Cristianos 5min to the ocean

Апартаменты находятся в 15 от самого грязного пляжа и в 20 мин от нормального городского пляжа, а не в 5 мин.,как было заявлено на сайте.кофеваркой не смогли воспользоваться,так как нас было 4 человека,а она очень маленькая.

Everything close by, nice beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean, and cosy appartement. Friendly and helpful service.

El apartamento en cuanto a ubicación y espacio está muy bien. Iryna estuvo pendiente de ayudarnos a solucionar los inconvenientes que tuvimos.

Tuvimos mala suerte porque justo en los tres días que estuvimos, el fregadero no tragaba y la nevera no funcionaba.

All was good

New and clean apartement. The host Iryna was very helpful.

You can hear everything from the neighborhood.

The owner must be more specific on the location of the main entrance to the property. The photos provided were not good enough when one is in a taxi. On arrival we were dumped off at the top of the hill. On departure the pickup driver also stopped there. I suggest the following instructions. "The main entrance to the block of flats is by the sign pointing to La Cueva de Ali which is 70m up Calle Chica Montana from it's junction with the Piazza del Pescador". The property was difficult to access with a total of 25 stairs to climb which is difficult for anybody with any leg problems and even more so carrying heavy cases. The Apartment Kitchen/Dining/Lounge Area No problems. Well provided for. Shower Room Looked well provided for but the sink plug was missing and the toilet seat was loose. We also found that we could not have consecutive showers. The second person had to wait 20 mins for the tank to be heated sufficiently. No extractor fan was fitted. Bedroom 1 No bedside light was available which was very inconvenient at night. The lattice blinds could be opened but the left hand one could not be raised because the cord was broken. The right hand one could be raised but could only be held up by tying the cord to the outside metal grille Bedroom 2 No bedside cabinet or table was supplied and no bedside light. Cushions were provided instead of pillows. Both blinds could be raised but again only maintained up by tying the cords to the external grill. It should be noted that this apartment was in a residential and not a tourist block which had it's disadvantages. We have been 6 times previously to Los Cristianos and stayed in different apartments each time and therefore have the experience to make comparisons. We definitely did not think this one was good value for the money we paid.
