It was a beautiful apartments with plenty of character. It also had three modern bathrooms. Do not hesitate to book this apartment!!

Beautiful old english villa. The owner stopped by to bring some milk, very kind of him. They set-up a travel cot for the baby by request.

Only thing missing was a kitchen, however they do have a diningroom with a fridge and some tea/cereal/milk so the basics are there.

Everything was excellent - short notice booking and great value

it was very clean and smells good bedding was amazing and toilets were clean with all toiletries

cleaned, lovely furnished, ideal for big family

lovely property with nice old features. great to have en suite bathrooms with the rooms. breakfast cereal provided and tea and coffee in room is a nice touch. good location and plenty of parking.

we guessed it used to be a b&b. there are limited washing up facilities for breakfast bowls etc. this didn’t matter for one night though.

Very friendly, very comfy, rooms well equipped, close to several interesting sights to visit.

WiFi sometimes lagged.

house is in immaculate condition and well looked after, host provided cereals, milk, tea coffee and fridge a available. the house was spacious and ideal for our party of 6 and in a good location for Perth race course and also the city centre. wouldn’t hesitate to use these facilities again in the future.
