Apartamento zona 4

The apartment was very clean and has everything you need .. it's comfortable, you can cook a meal or sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views 😊, the local is perfect and very easy for me to commute to other places in the city. This is an apartment I will for sure stay in again.

Very good food restaurant San Martin

First off, there is a giant hole in the ground outside the porch. This is due to building construction happening right outside the porch. Construction starts at 7am and continues until sunset. If rest is what you’re looking for you, then you can forget about it. Also, security at the front desk was pretty sketchy. They asked that I hand them cash for my stay, which would be illegitimate for receipt purpose and proof of payment. We were exhausted from traveling and it took over an hour to get the host to communicate with us and prove to the security that we have a reservation. Checking in needs to be more organized, I can’t believe a host made it this difficult. Lastly, the lamp didn’t work and one of the fans is broken. There is no AC the apartment is hot pretty much sun rise conjunct construction noise. If you open the windows the place is filled with mosquitos. Not an enjoyable stay. Close to nice shops but not worth it if you don’t have rest and energy. Host needs to be more honest in the future and decrease price of stay due to lack of AC and construction. Also, the Security guard asking for full price of stay in cash is very inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable.
