"Buenas ubicación y cómodo para familia de 4"

La ubicación excepcional a un paso de la gran via, cerca de estación de metro Santo Domingo. Un Carrefour a un lado muy cómodo para después de llegar de la caminata. Todo muy cercano. Descansamos muy bien, cómodo y muy amplio el departamento, fácil de llegar con las instrucciones, no tuvimos ningún problema. Solo mencionar el área de regadera que si se encharca el agua no se va de forma rápida. Pero agua caliente y con buena presión. Lo recomendaría sin problema.

"Superb"

Great location , Easy to walk to the Metro and Gran via. Good for three to four people. Comfortable sofa bed and comfortable bed in bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen.Elevator available. Good communication with rental company via text messaging.

"while the space and location were great, the lack of cleanliness and responsiveness from the host really took away from"

The apartment had a great location—very central and close to everything we needed. It was also quite spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness was a big issue. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, especially the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. We had to use the same towels for five days because the host never responded to our messages, even when we asked for basic essentials like clean towels or hand soap. Unfortunately, communication was very poor, and we didn’t receive any support during our stay.

instructions were detailed and very clear. Space was as described. Location is very walkable. The windows did a very good job of managing the street noise of central Madrid.
