The Oak Studio -Self contained one bed studio flat

- Great value and location, there's been a road reroute nearby making it harder to find but once you get to it there's not a problem. - Room is spacious for two - Bed is fabulous, must've been one of the most comfortable beds the entire trip.

- radiator setting seems to be shared between rooms so a bit squishy

The host was amazing — very responsive, helpful, and flexible. My stay was very comfortable, and the place was very clean. The blackout curtains were a great touch and added to the overall comfort.

The kitchen was missing a sink, but the bathroom had one that could be used. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, though personally I wouldn’t consider the kitchen fully equipped. To be fair, the photos make this clear. Also, if you’re staying, it may be worth bringing earplugs, as movement from the people above can cause some noise — not too loud, but noticeable.

Under the bed was incredibly dusty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months

Lovely little location in a good spot of the city. Clean and had dishes available. Bed was comfy and there was a desk for work. Just a microwave for cooking however we were eating at local restaurants. TV and WiFi provided were great. Shower was particularly good too. The hosts were communicative and instructions very clear

Parking isn't available at the property, had to walk to it from a public car park. Was very warm in the room during the day however a fan was provided which was good.
