Should provide standard ammenities such towel and toothpaste

1) Location was good easy for food,clinic,theatre,

1) We found few cockroaches during our stay. 2) Shower drainage and hand basin was clogged and drain very slowly. 3) There is no TV in this residential they provide Projector but it’s not able to connect with Netflix or google. I have wasted my time almost 2 hours been trying to connect with Netflix we are so disappointed and cancel the movie night. 4) Swimming pool was good and clean but the security guards are very rude. We understand that all residential will advise to wear swimming suit but how about senior citizens?they advise to wear ladies swimming suit cannot wear men swimming tights 😡 why do they need to be very conscious what clothes we are wearing is it not enough if it swimming wear?. Please brief and train the security guard how to be polite while talking to customers. 4) Add on for the management please don’t tighten your policy for swimming pool like this people are travelling for vacation with family to be enjoy but they ruined my stay. 5) Also they repeatedly saying people will take pictures and update the management if u sitting at the pool side not wearing swimming suit. We just chilling also cannot we are not swimming 😤. 6. The main door lock needs to be check it’s hard to open and close with the key.

The only thing I like is that the unit is big enough compared to the other time I stayed in the same location.

The ants are everywhere. Especially the kitchen area. I have to do the mopping everyday to ensure there are no ants. Dust on the floor is also thick. During the shower, the water could not drain properly. Causing floods in the shower area.

Would be better if additional access card provided. Arrange big mirror in each room

The house and balcony are dirty. There was only one access cardand key which make the guests have difficulty to arrange travelling. The owner only provide check in info at 3pm which make the arrangement of travelling troublesome.
