La ubicación.

Estaba todo sucio,toallas húmedas,suelo sucio,la ropa de la cama con manchas,los enchufes de la casa ninguno funcionaba…

Apartment was very close to town, shops and beach as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Bed was very comfy. Very good shower

Could do with a tea towel. Hair dryer was on the inventory but missing.

Location

Dirty fridge with food still in from previous people, dead cockroach in cupboard, no one met on arrival window was left open for me to gain access, no hairdryer till I asked

The location is convenient as it is less than 5 minutes walk to the promenade and it's close to the supermarket and bus stop.

The apartament itself is very old and lacks proper care. There was no mat in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and with hair, and it didn't have a hairdryer either. The sheets in the bedroom were very old and a bit smelly. The microwave inside was naughty, to say the least. There was mold in the walls and a few small cockroaches in the kitchen. The key for the main door didn't work properly and (because of the rain) we had to kick the door to open and close it every time because the wood got swollen, it was noisy and uncomfortable. The light kept going off because it is attached to another property, so anytime that a few appliances are plugged in, the light goes. I can add a few more things, but I prefer to leave it here. We didn't get a proper return for the capital we spent on this property, but we learned from it.

Parking at bottom of street which was not expensive at all. Wifi is pretty good. walking distance to a beach if required.

of 5 plug sockets in the lounge, 4 have been disconnected or don't work. No AC, an old stand up fan (3 blades) was all that was available.. so had to work hard to give any breeze and therefore very noisy. Street is very noisy when the traffic goes up it.
