Terre d'oro, appartamento di lusso in centro città

La situacion. Muy buen aire acondicionado excepto en una habitación, que no hay.

La falta de intimidad entre habitaciones: hay que atravesar varios dormitorios para ir al cuarto de baño.

Es una casa preciosa ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. Hemos estado genial en ella.

Sehr großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Palermo, sehr sauber, ruhig und klimatisiert. Schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Gut zu wissen: die Schlafzimmer sind miteinander verbunden, d.h. es gibt 2 Durchgangs- und ein "gefangenes" Zimmer. Das Zimmer mit Einzelbett ist etwas hellhörig (Treppenhaus). Der historisierende Einrichtungsstil ist natürlich Geschmackssache; wir hätten uns anstelle des behelfsmäßig aufklappbaren Tischs allerdings einen größeren Esstisch gewünscht - und generell eine angenehmere Beleuchtung.

Wäscheklammern wären sehr praktisch!

When you are willing to explore the historic center of Palermo Terre d'oro is exactly the place you want to book. Short walk to via Maqueda where you experience the city life and another short walk to the local markets. Mihaela is a perfect host and always served us with a hint on where to go and what to eat. The apartment is cozy and very well equipped. There is everything you need! Thank you for a great stay!

The location was perfect for sightseeing around Palermo, minutes from many restaurants, 10 minute walk to train and bus station with local food market just around the corner, supermarket nearby and lots of shops. Considering the central location it was remarkably quiet. The kitchen had everything you would need, beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and fresh.

The seating in the living area was not particularly good for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We are usually out all day and like to lounge and relax at night after eating out. The comfort of the settee/lounge furniture could be improved otherwise we would have scored overall stay as 9.0.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Brand new spacious bathrooms with big walk in showers. Huge bedrooms. Loads of space. Our host was fantastic. Met us at the apartment on our arrival even though it was late at night. Gave us lots of information. Very quiet location but still within easy reach of sights and attractions and restaurants. If we had any issues Mihaela attended to them straight away. Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Thank you Mihaela for a fabulous stay. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Palermo.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! the host, the location, the facilities... the apartment is so beautiful! we never wanted to leave. It is located around the corner from bars, restaurants, markets. We caught a bus to Mondello beach which was very easy to do. It has 2 gorgeous little balcony's to sit out and have your morning coffee (which is fully stocked in the apartment). It has aircon, a washing machine, and is very clean and super spacious. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Can't recommend this place enough... we will be back! Thank you so much :) x

The apartment is very luxurious and the design is very art nouveau including the amazing ceiling in the master bedroom. It felt as if we were staying in a palace, so beautiful! The two bathrooms are new and perfectly clean. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you could need. The bedrooms were perfect for us too! We were traveling with 2 couples and 1 single friend. All of us were happy at our privacy with the separate rooms. The double rooms had a dresser/closet so there is enough storage and you don't have to live from your suitcase. The accommodation had everything we needed (and more, like the citrus press in the kitchen). The location of the apartment is perfect. It's located in the historic city center which means that most things are either walkable or easy getting taxi's etc. It's only 15 minutes walk to the marina (for boat rides), 12 minutes walk to Teatro Massimo (also a well known pick-up point for excursions outside of Palermo) and less than a minute walk to the Mercato di Ballaro (street food market). It is also less than 5 minutes walking distance to Via Marqueda (main street with all the food & shops) so it enabled us to go out for each meal. Mihaela, our host was amazing. It's very rare to meet hosts who are this kind and want to help you get the most out of your stay. It was very easy to communicate with her before and during our stay. She even arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the accommodation. She answered every question I had really quickly and she offered recommendations when asked. All in all I only have kind words about the accommodation and the host, because both exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was in a really good location, lots of restaurants 10 minute walk away. Michaela helped us with any questions we had and is a super host. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to be central to everything.
