Unique & Luxurious 2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment

Living space - rug stained, table chipped and not desirable, microwave no plug socket , vacuum left in living space , kick board broken , paint on top of cupboard, picture missing off wall, and bean bag looks like it needs a good clean , windows do not stay open Bathroom - no toilet roll holder in either bathroom , no towel rail in either , no shower mat/towel , no shower shelves in shower bits, random vases in them (empty) , shower gel and shampoo bottle’s empty ? Picture dropped in bedroom bathroom Bedroom - mat trip hazard, plant on wardrobe dusty including plants in living space , knobs broken off shutters

I was. surprisingly large venue. THe decor was extremely classy, tasteful, and modern. Yet, it still managed to keep its character. It's super easy to access the flat since both doors use codes. All round, it's a great flat.

The internet was a bit dodgy. I feel like the router needs to be replaced. Perhaps with a mesh router system given the size of the flat. Every morning around 2am, it was as if the internet just cut out for a few minutes at a time.

Nicely decorated, nice location, very spacious, nice comfortable beds, courteous host, good value for space and location

there was some pre-exisitng damage to the space that had not been addressed.

The location

Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing. Everything felt and looked dirty—there was dust and crumbs around the apartment, including on the furniture, and the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned. A dirty dish scourer was left for us, which was quite off-putting. We also experienced inconsistent hot water during showers and a loose toilet seat that kept sliding, making the stay very uncomfortable. At one point, we were debating whether to cut our losses and book into a hotel. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding an extra £100 deposit. This demand (in contradiction to their policy) was only communicated after the booking was confirmed and paid for, misleading us to believe the initial payment was the final cost. Despite their fault in this lack of disclosure, they refused to let me cancel the booking. We were assured that the £100 deposit would be refunded the day after checkout, but we have yet to receive it. This entire experience has been very upsetting and has made me anxious about booking any further apartments in the future. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone.
