Location was great

I have a disability and did not know there was no lift. I asked the owner to refund and cancel my booking but he would not. The message I was texting seemed like a robot because the responses were paragraphs long but took less than a minute for the number to reply. In addition to that the room was dirty with some trash in the bathroom garbage (with no bag) and mystery stains on pillow cases that could easily be washed.
