The Address Napier

Spacious, well laid out, comfortable, and quiet. Location and parking were excellent. This was the perfect apartment for our family get together in Napier. Host was first class to deal with and very helpful. We throughly enjoyed the property, and would certainly stay again.

From beginning to end this was an exceptional stay - we were welcomed by our gracious host, the apartment was immaculately furnished and well-stocked and the beds were sooo comfortable! Its central location meant we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach front.

Everything was wonderful

Great host, fantastic location, exceptional property with everything you could want for, stunning interiors and objet d’art as well as very comfortable beds. We cooked one evening and the kitchen is very well stocked. The host went out of his way to look after us, made reservations and checked in to see if everything was going well.

Nothing not to like! Only comment would be that the sitting area comfortably seated 4/5 but we were a group of 6.

The location was perfect right next to the places we wanted to have coffee, breakfast and dinner. Our host was super helpful and the accommodation was lovely, comfy and like nothing I have stayed in before it had more than everything you needed.

It was a bit road noisy on the first night but that is to be expected being right in town.

Everything about The Address was phenomenal! Our host couldn't have done any more for us, so welcoming and helpful. The property has to be seen to appreciate just how fabulous it is.

The Address is exponentially more than a five star rating. Ultra modern kitchen, bathrooms, and butler’s pantry share this spacious penthouse with exquisite antiques, worldwide collectibles, museum quality paintings and sculptures….truly a feast for the eyes. All appliances and amenities were first class, including luxurious bath products and linens. The apartment is also located in the central city and waterfront so easy access to restaurants and places of interest.

Nothing to dislike.
