Location was perfect, the area is possible the best of Luxenbourg city. Nice small bars and restaurants are around and the city centre is 15 min walk The room was nice, fully equipped. Excellent customer support.

Mooi ruim appartement, geheel voorzien van rolluiken. Eigen garage om te parkeren. 400 meter van bushalte af om naar de stad te gaan met het gratis openbaar vervoer. Via een link al kunnen bekijken hoe het openen van het appartement ging en waar de garage was.

Keuken is minimaal uitgerust, geen ontbijt borden, minimaal bestek. Komt bijna geen water uit de kraan en al helemaal geen warm water. Appartement is vrij warm. Vrij prijzig

Le quartier, mais ça ils n’y sont pour rien !

L’appartement est géré par une société qui n’en a rien à faire de ses clients. Pas de présence physique. Vous discutez avec des gens qui répètent en boucle leur texte type. Ils exigent une multitudes d’informations avant l’arrivée. Aussi des copies par mail de tous les passeports de tous les occupants , sinon pas de code d’entrée ! (nous voulions les donner à notre arrivée mais « interdit » selon eux … ) Échanges uniquement en Anglais. Toute la procédure de check-in se passe sur une plate-forme Arca , où vous devez fouiller pour trouver le code (code dispo à 15h pour une arrivée à 15h … pas avant, débrouillez vous si vous n’avez pas de réseau à l’arrivée ! ), et chercher aussi sur leur site où est la vidéo qui montre où est caché la boîte à clefs etc … rien n’est envoyé par booking, ce qui serait plus simple. À notre arrivée un store était cassé et posé par terre. Douche minuscule et sol de la salle de bain sale. En conclusion très cher pour l’état et le peu de service rendu.

Nothing, the only positive thing about this is location in Limpertsberg, but it’s not even so close to tram and buses.

This flat is not even a habitual flat, it is adapted from a kind of reception area or storage in the ground floor, the entrance is before even the staircase and before the inner door after which all the normal apartments start. You basically live at the staircase in front of the mailboxes, and hear every single person entering the building or leaving. It has windows right on the street at the level of all sight when anyone is entering so you can’t have the blings open unless you want everyone to see you. In this way it’s impossible to have any natural light , it was also cold when I arrived without heating on. The bathroom is the worst I have seen- shower-door barely closes, with difficulty to move the plastic door. It’s very small, a bigger person will not be able to enter the shower. The water pressure is bad. It’s old and ugly with no space for soap or to hang the towels. The furniture in the flat are ok, but look very dusty, especially sofa. All in all it’s extremely expensive for what it offers. Very soft mattresses makes you sleep uncomfortably even though it seems comfy at the beginning but you wake up with back pain. You can’t open the window unless you want to hear every single noise from the street since you are basically almost sleeping on the street.

Fantastic location, suitable for a couple. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Luxembourg.

Sofa had trash under cushions. It was reported on arrival.
