CasaViva - Apt with terrace and parking in Rapallo

Loved the terrace and the bathroom set up was good with a double vanity unit. Absolutely great location

A bit confusing checking in think it would be very difficult at night. Also no living room although the roof terrace made up for it

Un appartement atypique sur les toits d'un immeuble. Trop fan de l'idée !! La terrasse est vraiment géniale arborée et sans vis à vis. À l'intérieur tout est fonctionnel. Le garage un vrai plus, parce que trouver une place dans les alentours il faut se lever tôt. "les plages" ne sont pas loin et toutes les commodités aussi

Plage à 600m OK si vous aimez vous baigner dans une eau noire et vaseuse. On a préféré marcher un peu plus et il y a une plage à 2km beaucoup plus sympa. Il manquerait peut être un coin salon avec un canapé. Mais ce n'est que mon avis. Si on vraiment rien à dire c'etais super !

Struttura ricavata sul terrazzo di un condominio, di cui una parte ricavata con un solaio e pareti in pannelli che rendono la struttura non idonea. La presenza di abbigliamento all'interno degli armadi che indicia il fatto che qualcuno sembra viverci con regolarità. Il prezzo dell'appartamento ritengo sia eccessivo rispetto al contesto

Spacious and airy apartment, with a large terrace and beautiful sky views. Staff is very helpful, ready to help with anything.

Could have be clean better.

There were two of us in Rapallo and we wanted a flat that was close to the centre (sea) and could also serve as a starting point for various excursions in the area. CasaViva offers all that. The flat is super nice, with a huge roof terrace. This is certainly a highlight in the summertime! The two rooms and the large open-plan kitchen-living room offer plenty of space for cosy get-togethers. The bathroom is also perfectly okay: shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. This year you just have to reckon with the fact that the rules for identification will be tightened (due to this year's religious event in Rome) and that personal presentation of travel documents will be necessary, but the CasaViva team really organised everything very courteously and considerately so that it didn't affect our well-timed plans at all. All in all, should we return to Rapallo, we will certainly check first if CasaViva is available. Special thanks to Anna, who gave us a very warm welcome and answered all our questions super patiently and very helpfully!

Location great for walking into Rapallo. Parking a great bonus but your car must not be over 4.5 metres. Roof terrace lovely and spacious. Good cooking facilities. Good communication. We would recommend.

Location. Supermarket close by and easy walk to the old town. Private and safe garage. The terrace (after spending two hours cleaning it)

Did not really dislike anything, but there are a few things to note: The garage can only fit small cars (up to 470 cm) There are sugar-ants in the closet in the twin bedroom. There are no comfortable chairs or couch either inside the apartment nor outside - only plastic chairs. The inside of the apartment was very clean, but the terrace had not been cleaned for weeks. There were dead plants, leaves and dirt making it uninviting. The closest nice beach is approximately 1 km away close to the castle.
