It was good to know their rules HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in is from 15:00 & Check-Out is until 11:00 2. No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, the corridor, the balcony, or the inner yard. Please respect the neighbors. The fine for smoking is 200 Eur. 3. No Pets. Pets are not permitted in the apartment, please consider eventual guests may be allergic to pets’ fur. The fine is 100 Eur. 4. Quiet hours from 22:00 till 8:00 o'clock. After receiving complaints from the neighbors about the noise, additional guests, or misconduct without responding to the alert require the police might be called. 5. No Parties are allowed. Parties are not allowed in the apartments, please be respectful to the neighbors. The fine is 200 Eur. 6. Cleanliness. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure but please leave the apartment tidy: throw the rubbish into outdoor containers, wash the dishes, and leave used items clean and in their place. If the apartment is left messy with a lot of trash bags (more than 2 bags), we will have to charge an additional 50 Eur for extra cleaning hands. 7. Towels. They are for your use but not abuse. The white towels are not for removing makeup, self-tanning, mopping up spills, or polishing shoes. These products leave permanent stains. Replacement fee - 10 Eur. 8.  Responsibilities. The guest is responsible for all the damage or loss that occurs to the property, or its contents, during the stay. Please inform the apartment’s administrator on the date of your arrival of any noticeable major defects in the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to move the furniture or otherwise change the interior of the apartment. And please do not put hot things on the surface of the table. It is forbidden to adjust equipment fitted in the apartment. The Fine for adjusting the equipment is EUR 100.

Balcony door handle was broken, bathroom door handle was a bit flimsy (could break soon) - that didn’t bother us though

We enjoyed our 4 nights in Vilnius. It's about 5 minute walk to the bus station and about 15 minutes to the Gate of Dawn. The apartment is clean and modern and provided all we needed (2 couples) for our stay.

The arrival/address directions are a little unclear. Both couples arrived at different times and both found it difficult to locate the gates. The property address is Šv. Stepono g. 33 however the access gates are actually further up the road on Punsko g. opposite the GSKA Shooting Range.

Great flat. Comfortable, well equipped, everything is new, clean, fresh. Nice neighborhood, close to everything. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment, super clean and cosy. Location is fantastic within walking distance to basically everything. Hosts were were nice, caring and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Would definetely stay again if back in Vilnius.
