Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Property Address 1320 W Balboa Blvd Unit A, Newport Beach, 92663, United States

Frequent Power Outages, Hazardous Flooring, Filthy Floors. Uncomfortable Mattress, Dirty Appliances, Faulty Entertainment, Broken Amenities, Inadequate Security, Kitchenware - The kitchen was incredibly poorly equipped.

It was great location had everything we needed to be at home and was peaceful

The only thing I can say was the beds could have been more comfortable but then again it was still ok for the week we were there
