Estaba muy limpio todo

Una cama estaba rota ( tenía 3 tablas del somier partidas y el hierro del medio tambien ) tuve que dormir en el suelo, llamé para que la arreglaran y NUNCA vinieron y tampoco solucionaron nada .( Tengo fotografías). Ademas la manguera de la ducha del dormitorio de matrimonio estaba rota y salía muy poca agua

Poderiam ter a piscina no próprio condomínio. Mas a piscina em ci era muito boa.

The location was close to seville and in a quiet neighborhood.

The property provided us with a key for the garage and main building entrance door which didn't work. Upon contacting the property they didn't even bother to help and sort out the issue. We were lucky to find parking outside and entered the building with code. Also, they provided washing soap in one washroom only. The second washroom had nothing but one toilet paper. No paper towels in the kitchen and no additional garbage bags while they instructed us to clean the kitchen and take all the garbage outside. They need to do better communication or at least respond to guests while they are at your property.

Underground parking space 2 bathrooms, reasonably cleaned

The communication with the owner was impossible. There was no phone number, only via booking chat, with delayed reply every time. There was a major issue with the apartment, in January the heating was not working. Only option to communicate was towards Booking.com call center, resulting in a huge phone bill. Again, would avoid the apartment because of the violent owner, stating that, due to my ask to cover the cost of phone bills generated by the issue at the apartment, he sees this as 'blackmail'

A very nice apartment. Ideally situated. All facilities were great. Thank you for a lovely stay
